Extra Space in Salem is such a good location. Very clean and well maintained. The staff there has been very helpful I. Helping me to secure two units of my choice in size and location, helpful with details regarding the questions I had and also quick and efficient.

The employee working Saturday morning was very kind and patient with me as I struggled to open my unit door. Only to soon realize (after he came to the 3rd floor to assist me) that I had stopped one door short of my unit. I of course, spent several minutes hiding in shame of my morning blunder; but still our interaction was light-hearted and stress free. I recommend storing here with the positive and understanding customer service!

In the process of moving I initially rented a unit at another facility. When my movers arrived they informed me that the unit was too small for all of my stuff. At the last minute I had to find another facility that could accommodate me immediately. When I finally got in touch Extra Space they took care of me and provided the proper size unit. My movers were able to get in and unload the truck with no issues. When I went to the unit myself Chuck at the front desk was friendly, professional and helpful with getting me to my unit. You guys are my hero’s!! You really saved me!! A million thank yous to all who was there for me!!

Walked in, greeted immediately. Was not sure what size unit we needed so the employee (sorry I didn't get his name) so nicely showed us two different units. Rental process was quick and efficient and employee explained everything in an easy to understanding manner . Thank you for making the process easy during a stressful time of moving!
