Checked my storage for the first time in months, the unit and much of my belongings were covered in mouse poop. No warning was given at all and the discovery was a surprise. When I brought it up to management, their response was "does your apartment building give a warning when there are mice?". Zero accountability on their part, and nothing done to try and makes things right, other than pointing me in the direction of filing a claim with the insurance.
