I highly recommend the Extra Space Storage facility at 51 McGrath Highway, and especially the manager, Luis. My family and I have been storing here for several years and just moved out. We had several extenuating external circumstances that resulted in delays and complications. Luis couldn't have been nicer or more helpful -- he is calm, kind, thoughtful and resourceful. Couldn't ask for better customer service. The previous owners had neglected the facility towards the end of their term. Luis turned that around -- there are no pests, it's climate-controlled and very clean with new carpeting and a large, secluded parking lot. An excellent choice.

I recommend Extra Space Somerville on 51 McGrath Highway as a storage facility. I have stored here for 16+ years and experienced 4 ownerships. The place has come a long way in having a great manager, Luis. He keeps the facility clean and pest free (very important!). He is professional, genuine and does everything he can to find solutions and help customers. Bathrooms are locked but you can ask to use them. They recently put industrial carpeting throughout which is much better than concrete floors.
