My wife and I relocated to Sudbury from out of state. Between downsizing and managing the movers, we made the best guesses we could about how much space we needed and when we were arriving. We were wrong about both. Throughout our changing plans and endless questions, Nick, the manager, was patient, extremely flexible, and went way above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Moving can be so difficult, but it brought great peace of mind to know that Extra Space Storage wanted to meet our needs, not just take our money. Highly recommended!

Very clean facility. My gf and I rented a unit recently. We were impressed with not only the cleanliness but also the manager that helped us. Also I've never been in a scene elevator before, that was a nice touch

My storage unit was easily accessible, clean, climate controlled, and completely secure. The Customer Service was outstanding. Every individual I dealt with over the course of my storage agreement (especially Nick Clark and Billy) was friendly, fair, knowledgable, effective, efficient, well-organized, i.e., professional. My experience was exceptionable.

I first learned of "Extra Space" from Kaitlyn Brady a professional organizer and more. I wasn't ready to do anything, however recently due to shifts in usable space, I realized I needed storage space. It is an impressive building and very convenient location. I felt very comfortable with the communication, the access, the size, and cleanliness. Having a temperature controlled storage was an easy choice. So far, all is great, and I continue to use Extra Space as my go to storage!

I have been renting with this location for 1.5 years for my small business and they have been wonderful. The facility is always clean and tidy and the management is always so attentive if I ever need anything. Nick is a wonderful manager and has helped me on numerous occasions. I have never had any issues with parking or loading/unloading. The indoor parking facility is a huge benefit as you never know what the weather will be like in New England. If you're looking for a reliable and clean storage facility for your small business I definitely recommend ExtraSpace Sudbury!
