The young gentleman at the facility in whitman was extremely patient i broke 7 bones in my back and he worked so nicely with me on the phone helped me more than you would ever know because of fraud i had to put a hold on my account and i can barely walk thank god for the whitman facility always kind and patient over the time i had the storage facility ive never had an unpleasant experience with any of the staff

I spoke with the manager of the Whitman office to discuss the price increase and he immediately did what he could. The increase wasn’t a surprise due to the economy and the and before the end of the day the manger did what he could to help. The 5 stars are for the manager!
