Great customer service, Hope & Nick are great they showed me multiple units and made sure they gave my great options for what I'm storing. At an affordable rate! Just a great customer service! The only downside is the gate!

Extra Space Storage is great. I was given a fantastic discount for the first month of storage. I ended up needing a second storage unit and was given a discount for the first month for that as well. It is easy to use the code to get in. I have climate controlled units and and it is always nice and cool when I walk in and also immaculately clean. I was thinking the doors to the units might be heavy to lift but nope. Super easy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish the gate was automated to get in and out. Right now there is a thick chain keeping the gate locked so if it is locked by mistake when it's not supposed to be there is no getting in, this happened once to my brother-in-law. Otherwise this is a great place for whatever you need to store!

I like this storage unit a lot! The location is great and my unit is huge! Nick & Hope are super kind & helpful. The only con I would have to say would be the t gate. I’m unable to access the unit outside of office hours because of the t gate being locked but online it says access is from 6am to 10pm. Overall, this is a great place!
