I like this place. Nick is great. My last review was glowing. It should have been the place was spotless, secure and everything worked. They were not near capacity and the pricing was great and designed to make you a customer. What has changed. They reached 85% of capacity so prices soard. The floors are dirty, sometimes the outside door gets stuck open and in the winter it leaks terribly..once into my unit but many units are affected. Take the insurance you'll need it. The elevator is often, literally not working for days on end. I'm on the second floor so I'm not able to access. It pains me to write this because I was such a big fan but, my basic expectations are no longer being met. What did I do without this place? Hope is great. The storage is great. The place is clean. I rent space that is big enough so that I can arrange and sort my "stuff." It is temperature controlled, easy to use, and all the stuff is visible. Of course you pay a price for it but, it's worth it. The nice people there are a bonus.
