Really quick story true facts I open this unit immediately, without ?? thinking then come to find out.... I didn't need it 3 days later... they reimbursed me with my full amount of money they were more than welcome in they actually gave me a $97 wave deposit charge me almost 50 bucks and wave that and gave so moral of the story is these people are so nice that even though I screwed up they fixed my mistakes and ask me if I they can help me in any way shape or form I would highly highly recommend this to my mother my siblings and especially my children so thank you Extra Space Storage you're amazing????????

i didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped my girlfriend and i, but he was a taller bigger guy with glasses, hispanic, good man. light hearted, good customer service and explained everything clearly. Millbury St ESS has a good agent. (my fault bro i don’t know your name lol..)
