The manager (JEFF MORTON) and staff (LASHAUN AND SEAN) at the “Groesbeck, Clinton Twp.) Michigan Location are SO kind and helpful and has made this transitional time for myself and children much easier. I lost my husband recently and unexpectedly and therefore their guidance and compassion were VERY timely. I’m deeply grateful for their assistance!

Rented a indoor unit here for over a year, recently moved out as I was storing stuff for when I bought a house. Very clean and easy say process to move in and out! Have carts and door stops and elevators for use. Reason for 4 stars is I moved in on the move in special which was $80 or something a month really cheap. They switched it to $180 after 6 months without telling me. I’m sure it was in the fine print which I didn’t read too hard so that’s on me I guess but I got them to lower it to $120 a month but after a year they switched it to $180 again without telling me. I’m sure every storage unit does this and it was in the fine print but just beware to anyone first time getting a unit they will do everything to not tell you this! Make sure to ask!

This storage facility was perfect! The manager, Darnell, was extremely helpful to make a smooth experience. He showed us how to make the exterior door stay open while moving and there were several carts and a dolly we could use to move our things. There was also an oversized elevator which was helpful to get to the second floor where our storage unit was located. I wouldn’t hesitate to store our things here again! I highly recommend.
