2 weeks ago I went into the Extra Space Storage facility located in Farmington Hills, MI to get information on renting a storage unit. The rep Kay was so pleasant and efficient. I really hope the manager of this location knows what a gem he has. Thank you Kay for all your help.

Online set up was easy , the store is clean well lit , prices clearly marked on any supplies you may need, and I was greeted with friendly & helpful service. The storage unit is roomy and reasonably priced . I definitely recommend.
