I've been with this location for almost 2y now and I sincerely want to thank the staff there for helping me navigate some seriously bumpy times in life. I know that the storage unit business can be a bit of a "wild west" with regards to pricing, but so far Extra Space Storage has been more than accommodating and transparent whenever this comes up. Obviously nothing is guaranteed but they really are here to help and serve their customers. Only other feedback is that I would love to see some form of "long term price lock" contracts in the future, but I know that's not really how this industry works.
