First when i made the reservation i was told that i had a outside storage which i requested but when i got there i found it was a indoor storage on the second floor and to top it off the elevator's were out now its 10pm no one to contact until next day..So the reason for the 3 stars is that when i came back next day Lynn treated me so good she helped me take care of everything..so in the end got my outside storage and all is good..this is the lansing location on M.L.K. thank you so much

They were super friendly (stellar customer service), had a great price on a drive up easily accessed unit, and were very helpful. If you’re a long haul trucker like me, need to be able to get to your unit in your rig (without a trailer), and are based in Lansing, I highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs! They really went above and beyond.
