Alex gave me and my friend a detailed view of the facility and did all the required with less hassle. We got first month free for the 5*10 which is a good deal.

I’m moving in two weeks and needed somewhere to store my belongings. Extra Space Storage in Novi made the entire process incredibly seamless and stress-free. Everything was easy and contactless; I was able to complete the entire reservation online without any issues. When I arrived at the unit, I realized I needed to change it, and that’s when I had the pleasure of working with Kay. She was phenomenal! Super friendly, helpful, and patient. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including the correct PIN number and clear directions to my unit. Thanks to Kay, the smooth online process, and the clean and well lit facility, I feel confident and at ease knowing my items are stored safely. Highly recommend this location!

New units, big spacious area for loading/ unloading. It was easy and convenient to rent the unit, move in price break is nice but I know indoor units are expensive and I will only be there as long as I really need to.

Excellent experience with ExtraSpace Storage, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Kay Radney, store manager, for her professionalism and help! After I made online reservation for an unit, the earliest moving-in day is Tuesday, but I already scheduled moving company to do the move on Monday, Kay, she made the change so I was able to do the move on Monday. Then about two hours before the move, I realized that the unit I reserved is too small, so I called Kay to see how f I can change to a larger unit. She quickly did the paperwork for the unit change. Her quick action made a smooth process for my move! Thank you, Ms. Kay Radney!

My daughter is a freshman in college and we need to move her out this week. We don’t have a lot of room to store big items so I went to Extra Storage to get information about a unit. I was welcomed with a smile and positive greeting by Kay R. She is the manager there and was so nice and helpful with everything. She showed me the unit and all around and gave me all information I needed. The place is new, clean and has climate control. We moved some big things from her dorm on Saturday and it was easy to get in and out. If you need to store any items I highly recommend this place. Kay will help you out!!
