the online price is $7 a month cheaper vs if you walk in. this was my fear but I wanted to see the unit in person. I was going to delay signing the contract - possibly go somewhere else (23 mound) however, we did manage to get the $29 admin fee waived. They were nice enough but I also value transparency in online pricing vs when I get there. They also require you to pay for insurance $11 a month cheapest policy. My homeowners will cover this so I will be dropping that extra charge ASAP. Be warned it's not as cheap as the online price after you add in all the gotchas. The 3 stars is just about the non-transparent pricing. Nice folks however. The customer service does get a five star.

This place is great. It’s clean, climate controlled, heated garages and a loading dock. You couldn’t ask for anything more. The people are always friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend.
