The fence has been broken for over a month now, you are good with raising my storage fee, but when I asked for a discount the answer was it's not in the contract that we have to have it gated! This place is a joke ever since Justin left! First off the secure exit taken out, then the post was bent and could not get in, now the gate is gone/ broke over a month now. Buyer beware. Oh I loved when I said something about the secure exit she said it was taken out because if the power went out you would be locked in. Hate to tell you this, but if the power goes out the automatic fence is not opening no matter if I punch it in or not.tried calling only offers the manager! Already talked to her, she lied right to my face saying in my lease you don't say it will be gated. Then why do I have hours for my access code. Since I can't get a hold of you, you have my name get a hold of me. By the way nobody was told about the now lack of security! Guess she just sits in the office and lies to anyone that happens to question! Why should I pay $288.00 when you aren't keeping your end of the deal?!
