I've had storage with many companies over the years, but Extra Space Storage in Sudbury is head and shoulders above the rest. The facility is unbelievably nice. Easy access from the gate to the huge indoor loading/unloading area with automatic gate and loading area door. Amazingly clean, well lit and plenty of dollys always on hand. But what really separates this facility from all the others is the outstanding customer service from the staff. Bill is exceptionally knowledgeable, capable, and personable. I always get a timely reply with any questions and he always goes out of his way to be helpful. Thank you Bill and ESS Sudbury for such an amazing customer experience!
