The manager here is kind and friendly when you sign up and Extra Space is receiving your money. And they want you to leave a 5 star review. If any issues come up do not expect them to be flexible. They assume zero accountability and will consistently treat you as if you owe them something. I was enrolled in their auto pay but turned it off due to their random raising of rates and hidden fees. Even if you have rented here for years you will be treated poorly. The last phone call with the manager here was not even a conversation. He accused me of trying to argue with him and I stated he is unhelpful. The call was ended. I have had traction with managers at other locations however. Thank you PJ at Inver Grove Heights location (I don't even rent a unit here) for doing your job and offering me options the manager at Industrial blvd did not. There is no conversation, simply gaslighting.
