While the facility is very clean, safe and secure the practice was deceptive in assigning unit with inflated pricing with no one on sight for accountability. I am currently in the process of locating a storage without deceptive practices and/or has the ability to correct monetary mistakes made by their employees. I would not recommend this facility to others unless they have contract reviewed by an attorney. When I tried to straighten the matter out on site they provided me with a contract I had never signed. I am certain of this because it was for a non climate controlled unit which I never ever would have rented. I have a non climate controlled storage shed in my own property. When I explained this the employee showed me contract that was digitally signed, but not by me. Then as I was renting a smaller unit at same facility because my needs had changed I measured the unit I was moving from against the one I was moving into. They had the exact same sizing. I was paying for a larger size for over a year because I took employee’s word for sizing. Big time scamming. When I brought this to the on-site manager she said to contact corporate office. We all know how that works. Big company bigger attorneys. Licking my wounds……
