Val is who assisted me throughout my online process at the Yandell location. She was amazingly nice, patient and understanding. I had originally reserved online but when I came in the unit was no longer available. She was kind enough to explain to me how it works when you reserve online. I was frustrated and hot due to the heat from moving my belongings but she remained calm and patient with me. I truly appreciated that she did not meet frustration with frustration. She met my frustration with kindness and reassurance! That alone made me change my perspective and my energy. We need more customer service /managers like her! She’s amazing ! I hope she reads this and knows she changed a life today <3 simply through kindness!
