Update - after approximately 1 year of renting with this location, I am disappointed in the cost. I have had two (2) rate increases in less than one (1) year. The bigger issue is that the facility makes you aware of rate increases by sending a small, postcard sized piece of paper in the mail (even though I opted to receive all correspondence electronically)! On the first rate increase, I never receive the mailed notice, but happened to check my card statement and saw the price difference - nearly doubled what I was originally paying! They called it a market value rate increase. After expressing my discontent to the office staff, they reduced my rate. I then downsized my storage unit, to help reduce my costs. Well after a couple of months, they raised the rent on the small unit too! There are no units smaller than what I am renting so I have no other option except to look for a cheaper location. Original post - Friendly and helpful staff (Meyouna), clean facility, easy access and close to interstate. Comparable rates made it easy to select this location!!!
