Have no issues other than storage place needs carts to accommodate their customers. Especially when your unit is on the 2nd floor, or not directly by where you enter to unload your items.Also, found out the hard way that your car will be locked inside the gate that you use your code to enter to have access to your unit to unload if you are not done unloading and out and gone by 10pm. I understand not being able to enter after 10pm but this is my 1st experience not being able to leave a storage place if you are still unloading after the close time.
