I had previously dealt with renting from a storage facility but the experience with Extra Space Storage was by far the BEST experience! Every encounter from the initial inquiry and making the reservation with Mia to the completion of the reservation with Ash was SUPERB customer service! Ash at the Antioch Rd location was very kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe that they addressed all my needs for my daughter and even what she could afford! Kudos to this team????????????
