Ownership and management of Extra Space Storage have changed since my previous review, and they're still five-star in my book! I just had a very helpful call from Daeja; she was fast, very friendly, accommodating, and certainly knowledgeable. Thank you, Daeja and Delaney! Apparently, Google doesn't allow me to post a separate >new< review (because the business' name hasn't changed), so I'm appending this (12 Mar 25) to an earlier one. Terrific facility; we've been their customer for years, and the new corporate ownership seems excellent. Facility Manager Kamryne Burns is tops: friendly, helpful, personable, efficient. We've done business with her for a long time, and she's wonderfully customer-centered. Thank you, Kamryne!

Daeja and crew. Have been extremely helpful. Very professional and very accommodating and working with me in my situation. Over the past year I have had a overall very good experience with very kind and friendly and helpful staff. I have been absolutely pleased with my experience that Extra space storage has offered! I can’t explain how stressed and in a rush to find a storage unit BIG enough and most of all AFFORDABLE with lil too no time I was ! The employees and MANAGEMENT have all been respectful and very supportive! I honestly didn’t think it would be this stress-free!!!!! That being said if you are in need of a storage space of any kind, you are absolutely looking in the right place!!!!!
