I cannot say enough good things about this facility and, especially, the employees. Both ladies I interacted with were exceptionally kind, helpful, and patient. We were in the middle of a very stressful move, and I had hit problem after problem. I’ll admit I was less than pleasant with one of the employees (Janessa?) over something that was completely outside of her control, and she responded with nothing but kindness, understanding, and a willingness to help. She was far more gracious than I deserved in that moment, and I genuinely appreciated it. The facility itself met our needs perfectly, and the entire experience was excellent. After a string of frustrating experiences during our move, having people who were genuinely kind and helpful made such a difference. Moving is stressful enough, and it means a lot to encounter people who approach their jobs with this level of patience and compassion. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage!
