My family had a temporary need for storage; decided on Extra Space and then chose their Prospect Rd location. So glad I did, Dashton was super helpful, always congenial, and quick to answer the phone when I had questions. We got a pair of side-by-side units, located indoors, and during the heat of summer we were happy about the climate control. The units were in great shape, as were the handcarts you use to haul stuff between storage and your car. I've been in these humongous storage spaces in the past and they felt a little spooky, but I guess the motion-controlled lights @ Extra Space made it clear that I was the only one in the vicinity. I visited my rental units multiple times - at least once a week - and never felt unsafe. Big thank you to Dashton for all your help, including the suggestion about the side-by-side units, that worked out perfectly for us! Next time we need storage we'll 100% be returning to this location.
