While the customer service was Excellent was friendly and very helpful. The doors were in working order and there was no discount or deal with me having to buy an additional unit while u loading because the biggest unit was not large enough. I had 3 br town home. The units are supposed to be able to accommodate 2 or 3br. But not having any insensitive for a person that just booked a unit and ended up needed 2. While affordable I just think that’s not great business.

Super easy process to get unit. Very nice and knowledgeable. Ordered online. l went to see and lock unit. Gentleman onsite gave it an extra sweep even though it was already clean. Glad I choose this location.
