UPDATED JAN 2026 Original review September 2024: Awesome storage facility. Very happy with storing by extra belongings here. ...Pros... -Interior climate controlled (heated in winter, cooled in summer) -Super Clean -VERY well lit -smooth concrete floors with complimentary flatbed carts -Extensive Camera system for belongings security -Key pad access with individual codes -Very large garage access doors with space to pull vehicle inside for unloading/loading in poor weather -Very friendly staff ...Cons... -None that I can think of!! I can't recommend this facility enough. Update Jan 2026: Stopped into the front office and met the new Store Manager, Ashley. She was very friendly and promptly took care of my concerns and answered my questions. Thank you very much. Pros update - On site bathroom now has a keypad entry for ensuring a clean and safe bathroom for customers. Complimentary carts are still available for use, but now are only available from front office staff. Still a pro, since before when they were left out for use anytime, they would disappear and/or people would damage them and leave them outside. (I had to bring them inside several times). If you move many items after hours, I recommend getting a cheap cart to keep in your storage unit. Cons update - While I understand that unit prices for month-to-month rentals need to go up as market rate requires, I dislike that it's been very difficult to get a rate reduction when the market rate decreases. It should be easier to request and get approved for a rate reduction during times when new units are lower priced, i.e., as a long-time user of the facility, it doesn't feel good if I'm paying $250/month for a unit I've had for two years, with no late payments, and a unit of the same size is being offered for less than $150/month. I suggest, when requested, taking into consideration length of customer history and lack of late payments to lower monthly unit rent to closer to current market rate. Akin to a 'Valued Customer Retention Bonus', or the likes. Summary - I still really like this location and the facilities. It's the best storage facility I've ever seen. Thank you.
