Everything was as promised. Staff was very helpful and polite. I literally left a different storage facility because I was not happy with the customer service or the facility. I am glad we came the Extra Space Storage!

The customer service was great today. The young man that helped up, Chike, was awesome! Very polite and helpful. The staff is always very nice, I just wish the rental rates didn't go up in such large amounts. For people with limited income it makes it very difficult to pay on time every month.
