Huge Kudos to Extra space storage at @7411 Charleston. Working with their team member, Todd, made my life at ease. The transaction was seamless. Getting a GREAT deal on the storage unit was the icing on the cake. I just arrived back to town yesterday since being gone for 6 months- and I received the same excellency in service, again from Todd. I had to write a review because Extra Storage totally follow suit with las Vegas’ exceptional Hospitality standard. I highly recommend this company. Oh! And I love their app with the digital key! So handy!!

This is a long time coming but, how can we ever forget the superb customer service we received from Management almost exactly a month ago when we forgot the key to the lock of our U-haul truck and our dilemna was resolved in less than 10 minutes -- thanks to Todd and Ashley who went over and above what one might expect from the everyday operations of a storage facility! Thank you so much!!! Clean, efficient, extremely professional and accommodating, I can't say enough of the excellent Management and Staff of this Extra Space location.

I’ve had a unit here since back when they were Town Storage. When Extra Space Storage bought Town Storage my unit’s price jumped up and I had an increase to my bill by 43.75%. Almost twice as much. I went into the office to see my options. Todd the onsite manager helped me out and explained the reason for the price increase and helped me find a smaller unit that still fits my needs. I walked out of there feeling like Todd really helped me out and looked out for me. I have now been at this storage facility for almost two years and have never had any real issues with the facility. I have an upstairs unit and during the summer it stays cool enough to work and not feel like you’re going to have a heat stroke. The elevator has never been down during one of my visits. I don’t ever really see any transients walking around this location so I feel that my belongings are pretty secure. I’ve never seen a mess at this place so whoever picks up in the hallways and outside the property is doing a great job. With the exception of the price increase, overall this facility has been a good choice for me. Again shoutout to Todd for helping me out with my unit transfer.
