The manager (Corinne I believe? she has shorter hair) was the deciding factor in my decision to move my stuff in this storage facility! She was extremely knowledgeable, walked me around looking at all the options, made me feel safe in knowing how my stuff is protected and was extremely good energy. I purchased a unit directly after talking with her and have no regrets! A++++
