We 1000% recommend this Extra Space facility. We had to place a vehicle in storage before traveling abroad for a parent's funeral. Corryn, who manages this facility, turned what could have been a stressful errand into a genuinely lovely experience. The check-in process was not only seamless but infused with the kind of care and compassion that matters when you're navigating something so difficult. Corryn walked us to the unit and, upon seeing that it hadn't been cleaned well enough, went to fetch a blower to make sure it was properly done for us. It's a super personalized experience — it's nice knowing we can pick up the phone and speak to Corryn directly if we have any questions or issues. We have no doubt we're in the best of hands. Thank you!

* THE BEST STORAGE COMPANY AND LOCATION HERE* Extra Space Storage If your looking for a storage unit facility in SW Las Vegas than you found the right place!!! I first went to their website and spoke with Richard who was so nice and compared prices throughout spring Valley NV. He found the best deal at the Durango/ Twain location. I called the onsite manager Corryn and she went above and beyond for me. Her customer service was impeccable. She even took the time to send me photos of the units.. She also assured me of the security, lock/ key process and now I feel assured with the best customer service. I want to give more then 5***** A+++++. * They not only have the most secured facility, and best prices, they also offer military and senior discounts.
