Cheap Self Storage at 5801 W Charleston Blvd

Great service. My unit was safe and secure. No issues. Place is clean. Front desk very helpful. The onsite team was very informative with my move out. Would rent from this location again if I’m back in Las Vegas

Not even 30 days and my storage unit is hit and valuables stolen! Contract says their not responsible and buy insurance. Well the insurance doesn't cover the identity theft from stolen documents with my personal information on it! I hate this place! You can have 2 locks and they still getting in thru the framework! I'm not the only one, the whole storage unit got hit and they couldn't even warn their customer's! Don't store anything of value here without insurance! They erase bad reviews. I will keep putting it up. Update, they hit me with a price increase not even 3 months. They already got sued for this in 2017! Do your homework! Still haven't received insurance money. This is the worst experience ever! No mangers reach out . I will contact corporate! To be continued....They think I will pay them a higher rate when their doing nothing to prevent theft! I need a lawyer now !

KNOW BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! This company is predatory and dishonest about how they price their units. They will tell you a low price to get you to commit to unit and then raise the price on you every couple months until you're up to the price that they want you to pay. A manager told us this would happen and that it was nowhere in the contract that they would do this. They pray on the fact that you won't want to move your stuff or in some cases not even able to move your stuff if you don't live in the area. You can try to fight back and they won't raise "as much" but they'll come back in a month or two and just keep raising. We started at $72 a month and now they're trying to make us pay $200+ eight months later. If they were just up front about this it would be a whole different story. Let us know what the actual price is and give a discount on the first few months but tell people what they will eventually have to pay so we can make an informed decision on where to store our stuff. Now we hate you as as company AND have to move our stuff when instead we would have either just gone somewhere else or just paid them the actual price they wanted but not felt scammed to get there. I don't care as much that the price is higher but I do care that they have lied to us the entire time just to get us to pay that price. Please just ask before you use this company. What is the REAL price they're going to make you pay. Not just the price they're using to get you in the door to trap you

Daniel was able to get me into a storage unit with no issue. He followed up and showed me around the facility so that I could find my unit with ease.

On December 20th I needed to storage unit that was convenient and well maintained. Also I needed it quickly. I choose the 8501 W. Charleston location and Ms. Consuela was there to assist. She is truly a Blessing, Beautiful Spirit and an asset to this company. She made my urgency a calming experience. Thank You ExtraSpace and Thank You Consuela.
