The employee I spoke with was dismissive and said, “I don’t care if you pay or not, it doesn’t affect my job.” Regardless of policy, that kind of attitude is unprofessional and unnecessary when someone is trying to resolve a payment issue. I hope management addresses customer service standards. Please be smart on what you say over phone call, doesn't matter what your position is this is how people get in trouble in many ways over something dumb, please keep that in mind.
