The gentleman already knew my name when I first called. He addressed me by name which I liked. I went in and we chatted and then he showed me to my unit and showed me how to lock and unlock my unit, another thing I liked because I never had a storage unit with a lock like the one I will be using. We chatted on the way out and that was that. He was very kind and knowledgeable regarding the area and the facility. I feel good knowing my belongings will be secure. I'm sorry I'm bad when it comes to memorizing names but he was there on this day around this time. UPDATE: It's funny to say, I couldn't leave. I was going to move out of my unit but I liked my time there that I had to stay. The gentleman recommended I move into a smaller unit which was very helpful. I would save a few bucks and who doesn't like the word save. I know I do. I got a smaller unit and he found one right next to mine and I moved out and into the new unit in a matter of minutes. I appreciate the service I've been given. He's very professional and his interpersonal skills makes it easy to communicate with him. Thank you.

Hey, I always have a great experience here at EXTRA SPACE my manager, Tony, is phenomenal. He came over the other day asking if he could put new weatherstripping on my door. Just want to rave about Tony again I’m coming back 6 months later! He even helped me when I had a flat tire!
