Craig is an incredible asset! He is very professional and compassionate. I had some trouble with updating my payment information and fell behind as my account is setup for auto payments. Since I wasn’t able to log in Craig took the time to update my account and take my payment for me all while reassuring me that my belongings were safe and secure. I appreciate him for making the process comfortable and convenient and will definitely recommend anyone that needs storage space to go see Craig.
