The place is clean as are the units and employees are nice, HOWEVER once you get in and after the promo rate is done, be prepared for increases. I originally moved there bcs they offered a 10x20 unit, drive up, for about $158-$178 p month, then 4 mos later, they upped it to $258 then a few mos after that $308...almost double from when I moved in. That's why storage places don't do annual contracts anymore, so they can hike up rates whenever they feel like it.
