The staff here is amazing, William is kind with a great wit and humour! He instantly brought a smile to our faces when we came in to fix an issue with our gate code! They took the time to make sure we were taken care of, I don’t like when we feel like we are rushed out the door. Thank you!!

I would like to share my consumer experience at Extra Space Storage, targeting manager, William. I have previously dealt with managers at this facility, having stored their for over 13 years and never have felt better taken care of and commu located to other than by William. He absolutely does his job well, but goes the extra distance, cares about any issue and most importantly, follows up in a very quick timeline. He is a very personable, understanding and pleasant person. I thank him for all he has done for me.

Manager Willam helped me out a bunch. My vehicle broke down on the way to work and it was the closest lot I could push it to, and he let me leave it there till I could get it latter and didn’t tow it. Thank you guys
