The young gentleman who helped us was friendly, efficient and so helpful. The experience of getting a storage locker was seamless. I can't say how much we enjoyed speaking to the man. I apologize for not remembering his name, old age I guess.

Great people, so nice!! I have 2, yes 2 Extra Space storages in 2 different states. I'm editing this post from June because Zachary, at N. Las Vegas ESS explained about Cubesmart becoming ESS. Cubesmart would not change my address unless in person. So, I never received notice of change. Zachary, manager of 3360 N. Las Vegas Blvd. went above and beyond making changes to my account and taking a payment over the phone!! Thank you Zachary!!!!
