Susy was very nice in helping me out. She showed me to my unit and made me aware of the different door sizes on 10x15 units. She was kind enough to also give a tour around. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Sometimes life happens and events are not under one’s control….Debbie and Susy went the Extra Mile to assist me, I am grateful for their help and understanding and would recommend that facility with double 10’s!! Incredible, humanity and understanding ..:unexpected from a business! It’s the People that make a business great!!

Deb and Susie were very helpful during this process which was unknown to me. Deb walked me over to my storage unit and shows me which one was mine and gave the me run down on how everything works and Susie was very helpful over the phone and providing me with very useful information regarding my unit

Great experience with the rental property of the storage unit

I moved my belongings from UHaul to Extra Space since it is closer my house and I can start going through things to eventually eliminate my storage bill. Office managers Debbie and Susy are super nice, warm and friendly. They are on top of everything and the office is really nice. The facility, however, is run down, smells and feels old. Also, elevators need to be upgraded and replaced. It’s also really hot in the facility. Hopefully they are working on remodeling the units, because the space above the units with the wiring is unusual and doesn’t make me feel like my items are super secure.

I am so great full to God for guidance to find extra storage My name is Luz Landeros , To be connected to a wonderful helpful person name Ben Johnson who did amazing Job, finding me a unit at what I could afford. I let him know I am not working right now. Tough times, but Ben was very kind and patient to look for a storage I could pay, and walk me through the process on line to get it right now, because it would go fast if I wait to get it. I am so blessed and Happy . Also got a call from the storage place where I got the unit, She is a lovely helpful person who welcomed me her name is Susy Williams very sweet and helpful letting me know where my storage is and if I need help where it is and with the lock she is there to help me out. Wow I was so happy and very impressed by this two beautiful individuals that where so effective and so nice and caring to make sure I was happy and have a storage. Very blessed God is so good to me. Very Happy to have chosen Extra storage.
