National Street Teams has been using Extra Space Storage for all our storage needs in multiple states and cities for years. Heather over at the Tropicana near Jones location is by far the best Manager I have ever had the privelage of being a customer with. She is always courteous & goes out of her way to help out her customers. She runs the facility like a true professional keeping it safe,clean and a friendly enviroment for all her customers. Heather is one of the main reasons we as a company continue to use Extra Space Storage all over the country for our storage needs!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Chay Allen. He was such a gentleman. I just had dental work done and could not talk very much and he was able to communicate with me and act as if there was not a problem. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated. He helped me pick just the right unit for my needs and let me know I qualified for the first month free. Which really helped seeing I have 4 Kids & its Xmas time. They have the best security features which I got to see first hand. I feel completely safe with this location and company. I have units in two states with this company and will always use them when I need some ExtraSpace :-)

The storage units are clean, proper secure pull down 'gates' on the storage units and management live on site. Amber was very helpful. I called her whilst she was away from her desk but she continued to disclose all information I needed to know including all necessary costs. I then set up my reservation on line. This was followed by a phone call from the storage company - the lady once again confirmed my reservation AND ALL NECESSARY COSTS. I am stressing the 'all necessary costs' because the day before, I went to another storage company and halfway signing up, I was given a bill that contained things I wasnt aware of!! It also included me having to buy their lock!! I thought that was just bad business practice and who knows what else they may charge me for! Not to mention the storage unit was like a cardboard box with a door!! Not very secure for me! I am glad I cancelled and instead went to 'Extra Space' where everything was the same price, newer, better security and professional.

I have stored my items at several different facilities in town, and this ESS has THE friendliest and most understanding staff in town. I love that I can pay my bill online which is super convenient. It is always clean around the grounds. All and all a great place to store my household items while waiting for my house to be ready. :)

This is my first time using a storage unit. I choose extra space as it was the best value out there. This facility manger Melinda is great she and her asisstent Sheri take great pride in the facility. It's always clean and well maintanted. It's a pleasure doing bussiness there. I would recommend this facility to my friends for sure. It's a 5 sta rate for sure.

I have seen and dealt with a lot of storage companies and locations over the years. This is by far the easiest, most convenient and clean facility I have seen. The staff is lovely, the site is tidy and even the other tenants are nice! Climate controlled, which is Vegas can be costly and difficult but their indoor lockers are kept within reasonable temperatures. Good lighting, solid floors and great locker doors that open and close without breaking your arm. I would always recommend Extra Space, before anywhere else!

The property manager Melinda was very helpful with finding a unti that worked for me. She make it as quick and easy as possible so i was able to get my things moved in same day. She even helped me with getting a truck to move my things so i was able to do it all in one trip. I read many reviews and decided to check a couple properties out in the area but as soon as i got there Melinda got the ball rolling and before i knew it what is normally be very drawn out and stresful moment was handled and my mind was at ease. Thank You Melinda for all your help!

I have been at this storage location for 20 years. When Extra Space took over, I din't know what to expect. But, they have done a wonderful job at keeping track of my needs. I live out of town and they let me know whenever there is a change or I need to make a payment before it's due. I like that type of customer service.
