There’s nothing better than a knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient person when you’re dealing with something as stressful as moving or storing things. Shell at Extra Storage at 6440 South Jones in Las Vegas goes above and beyond, knows her product, takes the time to explain things, and is extra pleasant and smart. I wish I had come here a long time ago. Great customer service and a good attitude. Every question gets answered and everything happens in a timely fashion. What a great personality!
