Great rates that we found online, with an easy website to use and search for rates and information on sizes and amenities! Consuela and Daniel were so friendly and accommodating and helpful in the office, even with making sure the app worked for me, as I’m not so good with tech stuff like that. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help. Facilities are new and very clean. You can use the handy app to open the locked front gate and doors and elevator access. Sometimes it was a bit wonky and we had to type in the access code, but that is also listed on the app!! Extraspace Storage is going to work out well for us, thanks again!!

I was denied being able to rent a unit after never previously renting a storage unit due to someone with the same name as me having a unit go to auction. The unit was in a city that I’ve never visited and the manager on site was unwilling to hear anything I had to say. After calling the facility they claimed I rented at before they confirmed they had no record. I attempted to do a 3 way call with the other facility to clarify but the manager wasn’t willing to. Maybe lying is their way of discriminating against people they don’t want to rent units to. Horrible experience.
