Key and Lock was not present at the time but staff was friendly. They were able to accommodate to problems I was having in a prompt manner. The site is new and got many great deals. Site Manager is super kind and will go out of her way to help out

Key and Lock was not present. All staff was gone at 3pm for a meeting. Was told they would be back in 30 minutes.. been an hour and no staff in sight. Tried calling again to no availability. Edit. Bumping down to 2 stars for a 3 hour wait

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to the manager, Consuella. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I got the right unit for my needs, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.
