The online renting and getting immediate access to the storage locker was pretty amazing I admit. The extra fees are annoying, forcing people to purchase your insurance is annoying. Most people do not understand what “Storage Insurance” is. Homeowners insurance will cover this. Access to open the entry/exit gates through the app doesn’t work, have to enter manually. It does to access the inside of the units. One of your doors is misspelled in the app. It says hallwad instead of hallway. It would be nice to be able to pick a location during this automated process. We’re as far as you can get from the elevator. But overall an easy experience especially being a Sunday when the office was closed. North Las Vegas MLK/Craig location

Just had a great experience at the MLK location in North las Vegas. This location recently changed ownership, thought it would be difficult process but it was a piece of cake. Very helpful employees! Highly recommend for their good customer service. Cool cool thanks!
