Michael was a huge help to me and my wife. He showed us three different units, explained the hours and prices, and made everything easy to understand. Since we chose the second floor, he even gave us a unit right next to the elevator, which we really appreciated. This is a brand-new location, clean and organized. Would have been 5 Stars, but the phone agent ruined that. Phone support was pushy for the sale. However, when I got inside the facility Carrie was there and more than willing to assist with my questions. As a new location that just opened she’s been working through some bugs, but resolved any concerns and I left ready to be able to move things into my unit.
