My favorite thing about this storage unit is the manager, Justin, who is very helpful and a pleasure to work with! Hands down he’s the reason I’ve kept this storage unit. I hope the “higher ups” know what an amazing employee they have on their hands, he’s able to deal with multiple people and complex scenarios and make us all feel like valuable customers. I love that this is temperature controlled and easy to access as well. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how inconsistent the pricing is - the “promotional” rate vs what’s normal and how you can’t lock anything in for more than a few months is frustrating in terms of budgeting. I wish that was a bit more transparent (from the company itself, not the managers), because of how high the increases can be and when they can occur.
