I met with the Store Manager - Rich Cook. Rich was extremely pleasant to work with. He was also very Sharp-witted, meaning he showed me a unit and picked up that I was not impressed. Then figured out a way, based on his inventory my requirements and quickly showed me another unit. I can also tell, he was a company guy (Extra Space Employee). At one point, I shared with him a was a customer at another location, closer to me last year (and the price at that location was higher), he encouraged me to call them and see if the pricing could be adjusted based on that I was a customer before. Rich, actually encouraged me. At the end of the day, the overall practice of Extra Space is INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS UNITS, they all OPERATE differently. As a customer, I am not impressed with that, because each BU is competing with each other, although Extra Space, tries to look as one company. I did not go with Rich, I decided on another location (3rd location), based on convenience and pricing. Thank you Rich...keep up the positive attitude!! Rob Blinn
