Jessica was clear and helpful on the phone. She was not at the facility itself, but had the information in front of her and was quick to call a nearby Extra Storage facility to get the necessary information to answer a question. I gave 4 stars as they didn't have the size unit I needed available, which will likely be a problem when I move in my belongings next week. I have not seen the unit or facility yet.

pretty highly priced compared to other units in the area. And the prices seem to keep going up every 6 months within the last year or so. Use to be very reasonable and have had my unit for years but since new ownership and the prices have skyrocketed im looking for other options as i cant afford these prices as my unit has gone up 30% and prices are still climbing. Last time i was at the facility looked like more and more units are becoming empty, probably because of the high and rising prices, more empty units then I've seen in 7 years.

Over the phone, Ian hooked me right up. After 5pm on the east coast, all I had to do was pull over, exchange info., download the app. And I had 2 loads done before 10pm. Hands down the easiest experience I've ever had renting a space.

Liza is wonderful! I missed a payment for July and needed to call in. At first they were not able to find my unit, and someone else’s name was on it. (Insert panic!) I was put on hold while the lovely lady went to talk to Liza, but I got disconnected. When I called back in, Liza is the one who answered. She found my account and was able to help straighten out my address being updated as well. She is funny and welcoming to talk to. One of the best costumer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!
