Terri was very kind to call me when a payment didn't go through to give me a notice before a late paymentis applied. I let her know I would make the payment tonight or tomorrow once my paycheck clears and asked if they could hold off increasing my monthly payment for one of my 2 units since I noticed the increase right after I made an on-line payment a few days ago. Better still, if she could check if this unit was about to increase too. Not only was she able to reduce or hold back an increase for both units, she noticed my age and offered a senior discount that I didn'tthink of asking so I really appreciate her thoughtfulness to save me possibly about $100/ month for the two units!
