Beware of steep rent increases. Our rent went up quarterly after locking in an internet special price for the first three months. We were able to negotiate a lower increase the first time. Then we moved to a smaller unit, which was still more expensive than the original price. Our third increase was from $185 to $285 and we cancelled our contract.

This is a horrible business, they raise rates to "meet the normal market rates". Thats a joke. Every 30 days there is an increase, without notice. They claim they give notice but that is a flat out LIE. Terrible company, I will be following up with the BBB as well.
