I was looking for a storage unit recently in the Manchester, NH area. But things changed and I unfortunately ended up needing storage in a different location. However, the customer service by an employee named Tanya at the Manchester NH location exceeded my expectations compared to other locations and companies! She was by far polite, pleasant, informative and extremely helpful!

I am a short, wide, senior woman- one night when I was at my storage unit I let go of the door pull, too fast, and the door got really stuck. I called Brian, and he came to assist within minutes. He was polite and kind he added a longer cord with a loop on. It may sound like a little thing but it made all the difference to me. It's so much easier to access my unit now. Brian is a very considerate employee that goes the extra mile for his customers.
