Mason and Joel made my self storage buying process so easy. The facility is immaculate and very clean. My unit is right off the elevator which is a blessing and I am leaving another storage unit for Extra Space Storage. I have 24 hour access and my unit is climate controlled for a very reasonable fee. Clean, easy to sign up. The customer service was great, especially Joel, the manager, was very knowledgeable and provided great tips on the whole process and was very helpful, if everyone in my life were that friendly, it would solve a lot of issues. Overall, positive experience with one in.

5 stars for the 2 gentlemen in the office. 4 stars for the facility - what's up with the slope by the sliding door? also there was a little drizzle earlier today, and i thought, it's be nice if they had a roof/awning type thingie by where the cars park.
