The facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff here is also friendly and professional. Only minor gripe is that I wish they enforced some of the rules. Some people park in the no parking area and block others from easy ingress/egress. If they did that, this location would be perfect.

We recently rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage. Initially we were very pleased with the service and unit we rented. Recently, we received a notice that the cost of our unit would double in price . After inquiring about why with the manager, she advised that our original cost was a promotion for three months. This information was not disclosed to us at the time of renting the unit nor did they advise that the price would increase in the future. She advised that there was nothing that could be done and that I should have read the fine print. If they are going to be renting units at promotional prices, they should explain that when you sign up as if I’ve known I would’ve looked at otherunits beforehand.
