BEWARE MOUSE INFESTATION. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. I have no clue why people are rating this place so high. I was skeptical of this place because the prices were so low and storage units are not my favorite. However, I decided to give this location a chance after shopping around for storage units. The first day of my contract I began sweeping the unit before moving any of my belongings in and came across mouse poop. I then realized that the hallway floor was covered in mouse feces which can be seen in the photos. I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with Elissa who was very nice and cancelled my contract for the unit, since I hadn’t moved anything in and I was refunded my money the following week. This place is aware of the rodent infestation and while it may or may not be their fault, they should not be renting out units to new people until the infestation is gone. I am grateful I am so observant and very particular about my belongings because all of my stuff would have been ruined and I would have been devastated if I had moved my stuff in without noticing the mouse poop (even though it’s hard to miss). The outside of this place also wasn’t great with there being a dumpster not too far from the building/parking lot but it wasn’t a complete deterrent right away. The experience I had completely ruined the plans I had for that day to visit family, which was extremely frustrating. Thank you to Elissa for her help. I won’t ever be using ESS at Bellmawr and advise others not to if you don’t currently have a mouse problem and don’t want one.
